Whiskey Creek

The bread served was a blended rye and white- pleasantly surprised. The salads were a full plate and fresh.
I had a top sirloin. Here, the steak, a medium rare, was so flavorful sauce was not needed. Here they serve four BBQ sauces. They would have disguised the flavor of the steak-a true crime.
The baby back ribs were so moist they fell off the bone. So flavorful and tasty they still left the most pleasant aftertaste and a lingering hunger for more.
The peach cobbler, enjoyed with a whiskey and coffee, eat served with ice cream and warm. It was neither too sweet or too bland. No excess of cinnamon to drown out the flavor of the main ingredients However, be careful that you leave room because it is plentiful. The peaches were so fresh and firm that there was still skin on them. I don't think that the orchard even knew that these peaches were no longer on the farm.
Why is this little gem hidden in the middle of the country?
