I go to several McDonalds in Maryville, TN and all of them are owned by Tom Cochran but the one on 411 near the new Walmart is one closer to me. I catch hell every time I go there from my wife because she likes the ROUND EGGS in place of the SCRAMBLED EGGS. Two of the McDonalds provide TWO ROUND EGGS in place of SCRAMBLED but this one only provides one. I have talked to managers at all three stores and got a variety of answers including the fact that the ROUND EGG cost more. Maybe McDonalds should charge more and also provide a picture on their website with ROUND EGGS like they do with SCRAMBLED EGGS so the CUSTOMER knows what to expect. The BIG BREAKFAST also shows SAUSAGE with it and I understand you can swap SAUSAGE for BACON but you should get what you order and what you pay for. I ordered one with SAUSAGE and one with BACON and got BACON on both. Living over fourteen miles away I wasn't going back.Nothing LESS or nothing MORE is what I expect. Very frustrating.

I have stopped at this McDonalds 2 times this week. I got a Sausage Egg biscuit on Tuesday. The biscuits were burnt. I didn't find this until I got to work. I just bought another one this morning and is was so burnt I threw it away. My advice is to find another McDonalds!
