Steve came, and fixed our stove! He did an awesome job! The oven wasn't heating, he came, looked, and came back the next day with the part. He fixed it, and it works perfectly!! I will always support local businesses over big companies!

The owner fixed my dishwasher but broke something else. I called them numerous time for months and at the end, the owner told me to take my business somewhere else. I did and had to pay additional money for diagnosis fee and others, not mentioned that I was put off for months. You can't trust them or count on them at all. The service was terrible, the worst ever.

It gives me no pleasure to write a review such as this but this place is terrible and you need to be warned. I took a wall mount microwave in for repair on a Monday and was told they would look at it that afternoon or the next day and give me a call with an estimate. There was no call so on Thursday I called them to see if they had had a chance to look at it. They said they would look at it that afternoon and give me a call. There was no call so I waited until the following Wednesday and called again. They gave me a story that they had been working on it but it might be the main board and might not be repairable. The only thing wrong with it was that it would not heat and everything else worked on it and I told them this again. They said they would work on it that afternoon. About an hour later they called and said it was fixed and I could pick it up. The problem was a small microswitch which would take about ten minutes to find and replace. When I got the unit home I discovered they had chipped the glass on the door and broken the plastic around the vent but had stuck screws back in it so it wasn't obvious. Where the door glass was chipped it looked like they had used a screwdriver to pry the door open. My guess is they had set the unit on a table and since it is wall mounted the bottom of the door is flush with the bottom of the microwave so it would be hard to open while sitting on a table. They charged me forty dollars for this repair which I don't feel is unreasonable but I am very disappointed in their broken promises but more disappointed in their damage to the microwave and their attempt to hide the damage. I will never use this place again.
