They recently completed the roof on my mother's house. John Beal Roofing disclosed everything up front and followed thru with what they promised. It gave me peace of mind knowing they had a Quality Control Supervisor on site checking on the progress. I would used them again in the future and have no problem referring my friends and family.

I had some work done by John Beal, last week. My wife is very OCD and didn’t like the way something looked. The crew was out today and fixed it to her liking. Thank you, John Beal, we will be using you again!

They put a roof on my mother's house in August. We had two major leaks that went from the roof through the second floor down to 3 ft of the floor on the first floor. The brick on the outside wall was so saturated with water that you could visibly see it was wet for 2 weeks after the leak. The roof went on the 27th and 29th of August. The first leak was on Sept 9th and the second on Sept 16 after telling them about the second leak and they did nothing on the 9th until it leaked a week later on the 16th. The roof was not 100% installed leak free until Sept 30. Mike Heacock was the individual they sent to have do the indoor repair and he admitted to not knowing or having experience with plaster. They originally said we could have Mike or our own person do the repair. Not trusting Mike we had a few people come out and they told us they didn't want to say anything bad about John Beal. In November after finally finding someone who would do the work and give us a quote I took it to John Beal and again they did not respond. After calling them tonight they told us that they would only pay for Mike to finish work, give us our deposit back, or see us in court. Their is over 10k in home repair damage and at least 5k in personal property that's been damaged. And they complained to me that they already spent 7k in additional repairs because their crew did such a bad job. Do not use these guys, terrible work followed with terrible customer service.

I've never had any roofing work done before, but I would say that my experience with the company had a positive resolution. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the materials and processes that would be used to repair the shingles on my roof. He was very attentive and assured me that the work would be done in record time. So far so good!

I just wanted to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU for coming out so quickly after the storm last night! Mark and Zach came out to do an emergency repair shortly after the tornado. I was especially impressed over the fact that they had to drive through the hardest hit areas to get here and still arrived so soon and took care of the job despite the challenging circumstances. Thank you for your professionalism and assistance!

John Beal was amazing! The people were kind and always on time. They answered all of our question and did a wonderful job on my house.

I really appreciate all the care and hard work that was put into replacing my roof by John Beal. Without Bret, we would have never gotten the additional storm damage replaced that the insurance company didn't want to. Thank you for a great job!

He is very professional and honest, always returns my calls in a timely fashion, and ensures the job is completed as it should be. A rep came out and took care of everything start to finish. It was done in one day. My only complaint is that it was really loud but what do you expect? I just took the opportunity to go out and have a nice lunch with my family

We had a repair done on our roof. The roofer arrived on time, he was polite, did a great job and fixed our problem. Would definitely recommend John Beal. Jeremy M was our salesman.

I have constantly called and spoken to several people at John Beal Roofing and left several voice messages, and I couldn't get anyone to call me back. My guess is that since they do a lot of commercial jobs and larger residential jobs, their feeling is that the job on my house is too small for them to be concerned with. However, they took my money approximately 4 months ago and said they would fix the problem. Now, I may have to pay another company to fix it properly or at least call me back and act like they care about their work product. And they have the nerve to ask, "How can we make you smile?' when you call the business. Well, JB Roofing, you can make me smile by having better customer service and a better work product!!!!!!!
