Went for an estimate and at once knew this wasn't the place to go. First the young man said he needed to see the estimate from our insurance company before he could give me their estimate.This is a blatant lie because many people have their cars fixed without going thru their insurance companies.He added that this is what they use as a guide for the repair cost. What this is, is a way to see what the people may get from insurance and then tack on the deductible so they get the maximum amount they can.Last time I had to have a vehicle repaired the repair estimate was almost exactly what the insurance company paid, making it so that I didn't need to paid a deductible. That is why I stayed with my insurance company for the past 12 years.
