Rockwell's Moving

Do not waste your time with this company. Movers were scheduled to arrive at 9am on a Sunday (extra charges involved for weekend work) and never arrived, bothered to call to advise that they were not coming and no return calls to repeated messages that were left on the "business" phone numbers (both local and 800#). I also managed to locate their Facebook page and an email address to contact (as they have no website that can be found) and no return contact to messages left on those either. I live in a permitted parking area and had to pay money in advance for them to be able to park their truck that was stated they would need space for so I also lost money due to their ineptitude and unprofessionalism. I'd give they zero stars if that were an option.

what kind of business sets up a pickup and delivery then never shows up?no show 3 days in a row not even a phone call.Thats a poor business plan,minus 10 stars
