Posh Pet grooming did a very poor job on my dog. I explained how I wanted her to be groomed. They had her for 7 hours, and when I picked her up, she looked nothing like I explained. Her entire coat was the complete opposite from what I wanted. Her coat was choppy, they saved areas that were not to be touch, and then they told me that I told them to cut her that way. They even insulted me by saying that I have not been brushing her right, which is absolutely untrue. They even said that her breed is not an accredited breed. The Black Russian Terrier has been with the AKC for 3 years now. How can you be an accredited groomer and not know the breeds of the AKC? I am very unhappy with their work and their attitude with me. I paid $63 to be insulted and to receive a poor job. I would never recommend this groomer.
