Arden Equipment Repair

Last year our garden tractor needed repair..they picked up the tractor and had back within the week..with a day I had another problem they came back and did repair again..fully fixed. no other problems. repair cost reasonable..service great.. by the way the tractor 's first repair in 8yrs..I;d say reliable equipment also.

Just purchased a new tractor from Arden. Originally intended to just obtain some pricing and then purchase from a competitor but we were so impressed with the knowledge of the salesperson and the family-like atmosphere of the store and grounds that we wound up makeing our purchase right there. They; showed us options, let us walk through the warehouse/barn to show us what our tractor would look like (size-wise) with the equipment we were having installed; instructed us on the new tractor's amenities and spent a great deal of time making sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. They also gave us a good value for our previous tractor as a trade-in. These guys are great, welcoming and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them.

Same as other review, did service,cost 1000 within 2 weeks wouldn't run. One excuse after another, had over a month first and after paid wouldn't deliver as promised for 3 weeks and several calls. Very poor service.

ripoff paid in full and did'nt fix the problem 2 times and no refund
