Overall

The company should schedule more help. Worry about customer service over saving payroll. Store managers should be in the store during the busiest hours. The average employee all get 4 stars. The assistant manager gets a zero for trying to run the store from behind the expresso machine. She got 4 orders wrong while I observed.
