General Info: Dr. Elizabeth Bower was born in New York City, and raised in Bethesda, Maryland. She attended Smith College then received her medical degree from University of Pittsburgh Medical School, Pennsylvania, in 1996. She completed an internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland. Dr. Bower joined Seton Medical Group in 2005. She serves as the Director of the Electronic Medical Record Board for Saint Agnes Medical Group. She is a 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 Baltimore Top Doc. Dr. Bower is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Bower is married and has four children. She enjoys mountain biking, outdoor recreation, reading and gardening.
