        We have purchased our chemicals and supplies here for over thirty years. They have also been to our home to provide service and we have had nothing but excellent service.

        I know a key member of their family has memory problems. They are choosing to take care of their member as long as possible even when it impacts their business. I respect them greatly for doing this.

        I have a leaky pipe and will be calling today to schedule an appointment. I will write again if I receive anything other than the great service I have always received.

        I would agree they are not real customer centric. It seems like they think they are the only place in world we can get pool parts and supplies.

        Poor service when it comes to having someone come out for a repair. You can schedule an appointment but that doesn't mean they will show up. Expensive and walking into the store is like walking into an ashtray. They don't care about their customers. Milk you endlessly on chemicals and don't care how much you spend with them or spent with them in the past. Loyality means nothing to them. All their former employees have opened pool places around their store and the customer service is 100% better and you spend next to nothing on chemicals.

        POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

        The title says it all. After purchasing our inground pool from them and when the pool is opened spending $100+ a week on chemicals for several years, when I go into the store to make an appointment for them to come out and look at our heater, they don't show. They didn't call to say they couldn't make or to reschedule the appointment. I talked to the owner Jerry and was not given a chamce to say anything. He interrupted me and gave excuses why they hadn't been out and they wouldn't be out the next day because of doctors appointment. They still haven't showed up or called. So, I'm spending my money where I'm getting good customer service.
