        Exceptional & Attentive Crew

        I was hesitant to book this hotel at first, based on the reviews below. Our place was being tented, and we had to find a place to stay. I decided to book the hotel anyway, since it was the most affordable deal. I was surprised to discover that the crew was extremely accommodating from the minute I wheeled my belongings into the elevator. Leo from the night crew was especially attentive. I was on a deadline to print an important set of business documents. When I was presented with a challenging printer situation, he was quick to respond. He also reset my hotel key several times and did not get annoyed when I would ask him several questions, frequently. In addition, the housekeepers went out of their way to may sure I have help carrying my belongings to my room. I did not ask them for help. The rooms were not as flashy as the pictures, but they were clean and peaceful. The bathroom was remodeled and well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Definitely a great price for great value.
