TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Marietta

They made something that I thought would be hard and made it easy. And were great people to talk to to get it done. Use these guys if you want hassle free moving, you will not be sorry.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to not hire this moving company! We paid a $350 deposit and the movers simply did not show up. We were given an 8 hour window to be expecting them and called once about 4 hours into our wait. We were assured that the movers would be arriving, but that it would be towards the end of the 8 hour time slot. We called again 2 hours later and were then informed that there was a "mix up" and that they would not be arriving today at all. We explained that we had already paid a deposit and had a receipt stating that movers would arrive on this day. I cannot believe that we had to call them to find out- no courtesy call whatsoever. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of an entire day for us and several family members. Called and hired Mike's Moving and Hauling and were assured this is unacceptable and would not happen with them. I would call Mike's first.

I have moved many times in my life. Two Men and a Truck, Marietta, provided the worst estimate that I have received for time and space in thirty years of moving. I have a three bedroom house with lots of furniture, and items in containers.



The estimate for the move, 100 boxes plus furniture, was 2 to 6 hours. I informed the estimator that no move has ever taken less than 10 to 12 hours with three to four men working. There were and additional two stops to be made to pick up more furniture. We only got to one of them, in part because the truck was too small to accommodate all of my possessions. Yet another underestimate by the estimator, who said that 1/3 to 1/2 of a truck would be sufficient. No one ever came to look at the amount of items.



I had them back to move the leftover items. Then I had another company back to move items that remained from the second day. I will need to have some other movers back for day number four of moving. Never, ever in my life has a move been bungled this badly.



There has been no acknowledgement of their error(in a letter they sen they said it's not our fault, it's your fault), no acceptance of responsibility, no apology. The attitude is one of "it's your problem, not ours." This is a very, very unprofessional outfit. Stay away from them.

I used them twice in 3 weeks to unload 2 24ft u-haul trucks at our new home. They were on time, organized, fast (but safe), and nothing got broken! We would use these guys again in a second. Other than our chosing to move, the second best move we ever made was using Two Men and a Truck of Marietta ga.!

The staff at Two Men and a Truck were very helpful, professional, considerate, and mannerly. All of our belongings were carefully wrapped and handled and arrived in perfect condition. The movers were willing to move some additional items at the last minute at no additional charge. I will recommend Two Men and a Truck to my friends and family.

What a great day miving in was thanks to two men and a truck! The staff was excellant, they wraped my door ways to protect the woodwork, put mats down on my hard woods...not a scratch. Nothing broken and fininshed within the 2 hour minimum! WOW! These guys are good! I would definitely use this service again. Great Job!

THE TEAM LEADER, LINCOLN, AND HIS STAFF WERE A TRUE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. OF ALL THE MOVES I HAVE DONE IN THE LAST 10 YEARS (4), THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD.



THE OFFICE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. I WOULD LIKE TO SPECIALLY MENTION ANGELA PACE WHICH WAS A SWEETHEART DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS.



WHAT EVER TWO MEN AND TRUCK ARE PAYING THEIR STAFF, IT IS NOT ENOUGH. THEY SHOULD DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO KEEP THEM HAPPY. THEY ARE A GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY

We needed to get my daughter from Marietta GA to Wilmington DE quickly. She didn't have much to move, but it was too much for her to move herself. Most movers didn't even return my calls because it was "too small." The staff here worked with us and found a spot for her belongings on another truck that was going that way.



The movers were extremely professional, courteous and hard-working on both ends of the move. I would not hesitate to recommend Two Men and Truck to anyone.

The movers did a great job, took very good care of our stuff while also working very quickly to get the move done in a very timely manner. I would certainly use them again.
