This is my second vehicle from platinum Auto Imports. Their finance process is a breeze, Easy buying experience ... I haven't had any issues with my car in over a year, passed it on to my son. They also have extended warranties at no out of pocket cost. I would purchase from Ben again. Current vehicle runs flawlessly! Thanks Ben!

Ben is the absolute worst. He sells bad cars, refuses to repair them & takes advantage of anyone that he can! He isn't an honest man! Avoid avoid avoid! Please go somewhere else! PLEASE! This man needs to be sued!

I am a car hauler. I delivered a 2011 Nissan Sentra to this dealership on 3-31-16. I was instructed by the owner Ben, to leave the vehicle in his lot and place the keys in the sun visor. He would mail me my check. He informed my dispatch service as Well as me that he mailed me payment for the delivery. He didnt! My dispatch service along with myself cannot seem to reach this dishonest person for payment. The cars he gets are from auctions, and most are in need of repair. If he is not repairing them he is breaking the law. Anyone that has bought a vehicle from him might want to have a mechanic check it out first. He has cheated me out of $200.00 for the delivery of his vehicle. From some of the blogs I've read he is cheating his customers also.

the worse service ben the owner of platinum auto imports sells bad cars hi lie to the customers i bought a nissan maxima 2003 few days ago and the car smokes blue has a miss fire which comes and goes plus. dont starts sometimes he don't want take responsibility for his actions he repo cars and sell them to high prices and the worse think is they are in very bad shape he lie I paid 3400 cash for a car that wort 1400 he told me the car work perfect and was a big lie if u are thinking about to buy a car in PLATINUM AUTO IMPORTS u gonna need a big wallet and a bunch of good luck my worse mistake was believe ben he will lie to you from head to toe. and if u want to get your money back he will said I sold the car as is and you will be lost and stuck with the car and if y tell him I will take you to court he will said you won't seemeat court my lawyer will so if u are smart enough go somewhere else..................................................

Fraud. March 13, 2015. Tried to sell vehicle and did not disclose it had oil leak, rats ate engine parts, and power steering fluid leak. Cleared all engine error code so I couldnt see any red on dashboard. This information I got when i took vehicle for inspection by third party. Stay away
