        Voted best CrossFit gym in Atlanta by Self Magazine in 2015, CrossFit East Cobb is a dedicated CrossFit facility and strength and conditioning gym in Marietta, just north of Atlanta. We attract clients from East Cobb and all over the Atlanta area including Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Roswell. We have trained everyone from soccer moms and football dads to Marines, Army Special Operations Forces, singles and everyone in between who want to get in shape, build muscle, and increase overall fitness levels. At CrossFit East Cobb, we are advocates of listening to your body, while pushing past mental barriers to success. Every time you walk in the door at CFEC, there is a CrossFit Certified Trainer who will guide you through the warm-up and coach you during the Workout of the Day (WOD). Our small group fitness classes ensure hands on attention and instruction; you will never be on your own. Our dynamic CrossFit workouts keep you engaged, heighten fitness levels and strength, and make your body look good. We train on all ten CrossFit Fitness Domains: cardiovascular respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Our strength program emphasizes on basic barbell movements such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press, along with Olympic lifts.
