I was in extreme pain and on my first visit to Benchmark. I was barely able to move and very depressed. Working with Rob, I went from barely walking on the treadmill to exercising and riding the bike. My advice is to stay with it and all the "At Home" work.

When I first came in the door- on crutches and in pain- I was hugely discouraged, The BenchMark team worked with me patiently, and 2 months later I danced out the door feeling great. Hang in there and trust them!
