Electrical District No.3

Before EDs took over my highest winter bill was 68.00 now 240.00 summer was 125.00 avg now 280.00. I feel robbed every time I open a bill I had 100.00 credit so this month my bill is 100.00 higher then my neighbor

In Maricopa you have zero choice of who services your water or electric and because of this they love to overcharge you. For example a few months ago they updated their online payment tool, did not tell anybody, so you could not log in, could no be resent your username etc and tech support was of no help. I went in to pay the bill a few days later and was told since I was ONE day late they had dropped me from my "level pay plan" and charged me a fee. So because of their screw up and useless tech support I got charged money and kicked off a program I have been on for years in good standing. They are worthless.

They hold a monopoly and they are taking advantage of the hard working people of Maricopa City that's for sure! They do not give you any chances and love nothing more than to stick their hands in my family's pocket. They take whatever money you can beg from churches so they can flip a switch. This is disgusting and UN-American. Ill pray for the soul of the owner of this company because they will need it.

Greed at it Ugliest

any prayers for my family of four including a 2 year old and a 6 year old as we figure out how to survive without A/C and a refrigerator for a week till we move the heck out of this Hell hole will be appreciated.
