Horrible !! Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Pretty sure what they did to my family and I is illegal. Deny housing without reason after my 12 month lease was up ? Thanks for making it so hard for my family and I to find somewhere else to go . Y'all are horrible

Don't waste your time trying to get your deposit back in full, had a family member that rented a home for 4 months, paid full releasing fee for breaking lease and pains pro rate rent up until the day before new tenants took over. I used to do make readies for move in and personally did this one including, touching up paint that was damaged prior to move in with paint left in storage unit, paid a professional cleaning company to clean the entire residence and home has 2 bedrooms with carpet that we paid to have cleaned, her keys still worked her last day paid through which was the day before we watched new tenants move in.... just got deposit back with charges of $93.50 for cleaning, $85 for painting and $87.85 for carpet cleaning.... BS we entered the last day before tenants moved in and nothing had been done. Just trying to screw someone out of money...

We rented from TJM realty and for the first few months we couldn't figure or why our utility bill was so high! Come to find out there was a gaping hole in the roof. There were bugs in my house, birds nesting in the attic. The air we breathed was unhealthy for myself and my son. We both suffer from severe bird allergies. It got so bad I had to sleep down stairs on the couch. Countless visits to doctors for upper respiratory infections and breathing issues later we were able to get out of our lease. I doubt we'll get our money for deposit back even though I left the house cleaner than I found it. The manager Joan could care less about her renters and is a down right slum lord that takes advantage of good hard working people.

We rented a home from TJM Realty Group for two years. We put down 1300 in deposits. We left the home having cleaned all the appliances, the walls, the carpets....it was cleaner than when we moved in. It really was. They only gave a little over 400 dollars back of our deposits. For one of those years, our roof leaked for 8 months of the time. They were horrible to rent from, always rude. We are good people, we are good renters, we abide by all the rules. They are not good people. Don't waste your time cleaning TJM Renters...just get out!

Don t waste your application fee- I just moved here to take care of my brother who is a disabled veteran and his children while he goes through a divorce. My brothers income is 6 times the amount of rent of a place we were interested in. I let the lady know we had bad credit and she said she could work with us with a higher deposit. Two days later we were denied on our application because of bad credit and also because I don t have income. Why do I need income when my brother has plenty? I need to instantly have a job after moving even though I am a caretaker for a disabled Vet? It was all right out in the open and she still accepted the app fee and blamed it on the business office. I asked for the app fee back and was denied. I was advised from another Realtor in the area that TJM is known to be horrible and renters are always looking to get out from under them. Is this how they make money because people won t rent from them? I m a bit happy this happened before getting roped into a year lease.
