My mission is to provide you the tools & skills I've been certified in & pass them onto you so that you are able to overcome that rough patch in the road and move on with your life to the life of your dreams; the life that you have always imagined - simply through powerful tools & methods that have been around for centuries, ones that control one of the most -- if not THE MOST -- powerful areas of the body: the mind... using hypnosis techniques that have been around for centuries. I will guide you into a deep, relaxed state of mind as you slip into a safe, comfortable hypnotized state of mind. While you are there, and you are NOT unconscious, you are totally aware of what's going on, you are indeed aware of your surroundings. As I continue speaking to you, guiding you deeper into a deeper phase of relaxation, you enter the elusive & mysterious state of mind, known as "Theta," where your brain activity slows, almost to the point of sleep, but not quite. Theta is the brain state where "magic happens" in the crucible of your own neurological activity. Theta brings forward heightened receptivity, flashes of dreamlike imagery, inspiration and your long-forgotten memories. Theta can bring you deep states of meditation -- what some refer to as a sensation of "floating." And, because it is an expansive state, in Theta, you may feel your mind expand beyond the boundaries of your body. Theta rests directly on the threshold of your subconscious. In biofeedback, it is most commonly associated with the deepest levels of meditation. Theta also plays an important part in behavior modification programs, so it has been used in the treatment of drug & alcohol addiction, as an example. That's not the particular subject I use the 'Theta' state of mind for, though. We can utilize it to find a spot in your childhood that may be, perhaps, the root cause of your depression & anxiety issues today... we can even train your brain to think & feel that it has undergone a weight loss surgery - we can train the brain in this state, using the incredible mind/body connection, that we have fitted a "virtual gastric bypass band" to your stomach. This will result in you feeling hungry less and is known to be 90% more successful in achieving results in weight loss than actually going under the knife & getting gastric bypass surgery itself! Beyond treating depression, anxiety and weight loss, Theta is an ideal state for super-learning, re-programming your mind, dream-recall, and self-hypnosis. The sky is, honestly, the limit to what all we can do with the incredible hypnosis techniques I'm certified in. I can help you with a HUGE variety of common issues that we are all faced with that result in additional side effects or further issues, making the problem that much worse.
