Had past experience with Perfect Choice and was very pleased. This time was far from that. Took car to be repaired which was done in a timely manner. However, the things that were broke after we dropped our car off took some arguing and more time that we did not have. The door handle was completely broke off leaving us no way to open the driver's door. Also the electric seat adjustment knob was missing and the entire seat control was laying on the floor. Both of these items worked and were not broke before we dropped them off. I should mention the damage was to the rear window and deck lid. Also, whom ever did the detail work after the repair left over-spray on the interior of the vehicle and some patches of primer were left on the exterior where they masked the car to paint. Will never take my vehicles there again and recommend others do the same!
