        Recommended by Whirlpool to install warranty parts. Technician had dirty hands, replaced parts but fried the console during a final test. Waited 2 weeks for additional parts and service to Mt Vernon. Had to buy another washing machine and Lewis would not replace the parts unless we reinstalled the broken washer first. Would only sell us the parts, left me with a new washer that worked before they got there and is now a pile of scrap metal. Stan is nice but cannot do anything to resolve an issue, Robin is the enforcer and will do nothing but argue with you. Avoid Lewis Appliance and Whirlpool like the plague!

        don't know what this guys beef was, but I have used them several times and have always been happy. they do use original factory parts and back up their work.
