Kinder Haus Montessori

I have both of my children at KH and they have been there for over a year. I am really happy with the care and learning they are getting. All of the teachers know my kids and it is obvious how much they care about them. My oldest is learning an amazing amount and should be very prepared to enter kindergarten. My youngest loves her class and her teachers and is growing beautifully. I'm very glad I found KH.

My daughter recently began attending Kinder Haus. It has been such a wonderful experience! When you see all of these young children excelling and accomplishing so much, it is really astonishing. Every classroom has a Montessori certified teacher-- they are all beyond wonderful! I look forward to many more years at Kinder Haus!

I did as much research as I could before enrolling my son in the toddler program. I was more than happy to pay such high tuition to make sure my son was in a happy, loving learning environment. The first thing I noticed is the amount of time the school is closed throughout the year, and their expectation to pay a full month of tuition ( two days a week/ $428 a month) when the school is closed two weeks for Christmas, 5 days for Mardi Gras, 3 days in Aug for " teacher workshop" etc... But more importantly, when I picked my son up at the end of the day he was either dirty or the top elastic part of his pants were wet, like his diaper had leaked! His last day came when my husband called me at work to tell me he found a note from the school that listed " banana" as one of his snacks even though I listed under his food allergies- bananas! I picked him up at the end of the day and he wasn't in his normal toddler room, as I walked around the school looking for him I could hear him balling his little eyes out ( we all know our child's cry) as I rushed towards the closed door room I could hear a woman firming yelling at him to " stop it!!" My son is 20 months old and in tears, this broke my heart and raised my blood pressure!! He was in a room with much older kids on the floor crying.. When I came in I said " What's going on?!? Why is he crying so hard?! Who are you?!" ( not his regular teacher) she replied; " I don't know why he's crying, they just put all the kids in this room so they could have teacher meetings" she knew nothing about my son, not even his name. Couldn't be bothered to try to comfort him or anything! I had the heartless woman get the director and she said " yes I'm busy we have teacher meetings" she was concerned about the banana but she said my son was " fine" ( clearly he wasn't ) the teacher and director denied giving him the banana and said it was written by mistake and another teacher must have been confused when she wrote it down! I had such a hard time leaving my son anywhere, and I really suggest coming into this school or ANY daycare or school to see what goes on when they think you aren't looking.

Kinder Haus is the most nurturing,clean, and educational program for young children. You can have peace of mind knowing your child is well loved ans protected in this small family friendly childrens house.
