Iโ€™m a regular customer since 2011. Every time I visit there for any reason , they take good care of me. The owner Rob and Shawn is awesome. Shawn is super fast, very well mannered and very professional. They really stand and care about their warrenty . I tried few other places but nobody can beat them . I was really impressed. Rob answered all my questions with zero sales pressure. As I was waiting while they fix my remote starter, I watched rob provide excellent service to other people.rob walked out to my car with me, showed me how my unit works, and made sure all my questions were answered.Great experience! Will definite come back for anything they offer.Great quality product, had great customer service experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!! My boyfriend purchased a car alarm here and he has to keep going back time and time again to get it fixed. He is charged OVER $100 EVERY TIME he goes to get the alarm fixed!!! They are extremely rude to my boyfriend and myself every time we go in there. I would NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING AGAIN !!!!! Save your time and money and DO NOT COME HERE!

Unfortunately, I also had a very bad experience at this place.



Took a subwoofer there to be installed. They almost friend my electrical system, because they didn't match fuses. The fuse box in my engine bay melted and almost caught fire.



Few days later the sub blew. I got into a screaming match with the owner (Rob) and one of his employees in front of other customers. My argument was there was an electrical clipping problem that may have damaged my sub, due to poor wiring (which I had to redo). Rob's argument consisted of him having 25 years in the business. Extremely unprofessional.



To top it off, as the owner (Rob) was pulling my car out of the garage, Rob backed my car into the half opened garage door bay. Thankfully it was almost all the way up, and the only contact made was my roof rack. Unbelievable. I was thinking about putting in a small claim for the subwoofer they blew and the scratches on my roof rack, but decided to eat the overpriced installation fee and walk away.



What a nightmare. Don't take your chances here.

Wow Is all I can say about this place. excellent place to go, never any problems and Rob was the best. Bought remote from him and needed his help and boom! right on top of it! He' s the best. We also have bought many car stero's and they were awesome. I plan on buying a navigation system when I buy my truck with. Thanks Rob and Team Keep up the great work! I went to extreme audio and performance to have an hid xenon kit installed. After a couple of weeks one of my lights did not work. When I took my car back there to get fixed I received attitude from Rob the owner and he told me that he only takes appointment only. I made the appointment and went back the first thing Monday morning. While waiting another customer came into the store to tell the Rob how displeased he was with the installation of an item (though I don't quite remember what it was). The customer told Rob that you took advantage of me and after harsh words was exchanged, the customer left the store with anger. After several hours of waiting I received my vehicle back. Rob told me that the problem was a bad ballaster. Rob said that he replaced it and also changed a bulb on the passenger side (the same side that wasn't working). I immediately told Rob that the bulb looks different. Rob told me that it's how the sun is shining on the car. I recently went to get an oil change from a Manchester, CT establishment and I asked them to checked to see if my headlights are level because at night they shine differently on the road while i'm driving. After a reasonable wait, the lady at the desk told me that my car is ready and that the mechanic informed her that I have two different color bulbs in my car. Extreme audio and performance is very unreliable for a company that specializes in audio, lighting, and alarms. I did not take my car back to them because I believe that Rob may try to sabotage my vehicle. I clicked one star but this review will not let me continue unless I click at least one. I would not have given them any stars at all!

Who ever this person is, they never were at my store. If this would ever happen we would fix the problem imeditally. Customer service is number one priority at Extreme Audio & Performance!!

Purchased remote start and had to go back 5 time to repair within weeks. After 5th time asked for a refund instead and was told that refunds were no allowed. Felt ripped off and had to go somewhere else and repay to have new system put in. Warning..... Warning...... Better Business Bureau knows of these guys and have many complaints. Don't give them money until you verify everything is working

Wnet there to have a remote starter installed. Quoted $99 after job was completed the saleman asked for $255. Didn't understand everything and asked why so much. After talking with salesman he explained everything and thought we understood before install. I asked to speak to a manager and recieved an answer like "I'm as good as ur gonna get lady" was really treated badly and asked to return it, never even left and they told me I could only get store credit since the job was completed. I refused to accept it and eventually recieved compensation and was asked to leave. Highly do not reccommend this place....... Bad stay Away!!!

The service was great !! I have gotten several Remote Starters for my cars over the past 17years ,and they all work great.My mother just had a remote starter installed last week in a 05 Honda Civic ,Rob the owner even took the time to show her how to use the remote starter...... thanks Extreme Audio&Performance, Mark Colman
