When my mother was about 25 years old, she was a strapping young woman standing about five feet ten inches tall, and weighing about 185 pounds. No task was too formidable for her to attempt. And that also meant she often threw her back out of alignment. When one of her friends recommended a chiropractor, she began going regularly, and would usually take me along. When her adjustment finished, the doctor would get me on the table. At first this was fun, but I then began to realize that I always felt better when the adjustment was finished.I believe I can’t live healthy without being adjusted.

I was a skeptic. I knew people who went to chiropractors, but I always was told once you go you have to keep going. Some even called it addiction. Now I know why. When I get adjusted I feel all around healthier and I life feeling healthier and free to move, so that’s why I chose to go.

I appreciate the fact that if I am late, this office really cares and does not get upset but encourages me. I feel so much better since these adjustments. My back does not hurt as much and I even feel like dancing.

Dr. Alexander helped to loosen up my neck and shoulder muscles. The sharp pain I used to feel in my low back when I moving has definitely decreased. I have more energy now. I can really tell if I’ve missed a treatment.
