The constant invasions of privacy in this complex are stupefying. When the residents aren't meddling in each others affairs, "Management" is walking into apartments without knocking so they can have tours of the place. The best thing bout this complex is that it's relatively inexpensive. However, anyone who actually wants to have a life had best spend as much time as possible outside the complex.

Anyone who lives here better be prepared for lots of noise and bad appliances. The floors and walls are so thin, you can hear 80 yo seniors having s*x. And the appliances are cheap,, generally so old now they re falling apart. WHDC keeps shifting the management staff around in hopes of better relations with the residents, but incompetent is incompetent.The building would be better off if the residents ran it themselves. The staff clearly doesn't know how to.

People don't come here to live. They come to die. Primary occupations of the residents are gossip, backsniping, and waiting for the mail. Amenities are very limited. Staffing is very thin and generally not very competent.
