Mark Henshaw PC

The office of Mark D. Henshaw has repeatedly misrepresented me in legal matters concerning the custody of my children. The enclosed complaint is based on the following but not limited reasons.

1. Gross Negligence
2. Breach of Contract
3. Unethical practices
4. Professional misconduct
5. False representation
6. Intentional Legal Sabotage
7. Fraudulent management of Clients funds & no/inaccurate billing procedures
8. Inadequate Documentation
9. Substantive errors
10. Lack of Professionalism
11. Missed Deadlines
Mr. Henshaw sent me Discovery request late and then never submitted to opposing counsel even after a compel to answer was filed. I was never informed of a compel to answer until we were at court and sanctions were filed against me.
Mr. Henshaw would not respond to my phone calls, emails text concerning status of my case.
I never received any billing from Mr. Henshaw nor did he ever provide any documentation of how my retainer was spent. This has created numerous ongoing issues and legal fees that have resulted in failures to prove my case. As a client, The most egregious offence was the failure to receive Discovery when it was due and to enter Discovery and answer the Compel for Discovery for which sanctions were held against me. I was never made aware that Mr. Henshaw failed to provide the court with this information until I was at court. Regardless of my cooperation, legal representation and resolution was not forthcoming or provided by Mr. Henshaw. At court Mr. Henshaw asked for a continuance because of his lack of preparation. It was denied. I was not permitted witnesses or proof in which to fight my case because of this.
The false representation of Mark Henshaw PC has caused my children and me an enormous amount of emotional, mental and physical distress. It has also caused me significant financial losses as well to file an appeal and hire another lawyer.
