AFFORABLE OIL & TANK REMOVAL

Unprofessional, negligent, and borderline fraud. Brian Kelly had my old oil tank removed and installed another on January 2016. The contract stated that he'll do it in 3 days, but, he took 4 WEEKS, and he didn't obtain the necessary permit therefore the tank was installed illegally and I couldn't buy oil. At this point I realized that this was not a legitimate business, after some quick research I contacted the fairfax city fire marshal. Brian Kelly finally got the permit in April and we had our inspection with the fire marshal and he immediately failed the inspection. It's May and Brian Kelly hasn't fixed any of the issues with the tank nor set up a second inspection. This company has a laundry list of violations, perhaps a class action law suit is possible. Don't be surprised if you get muliple bill for your job from the sister companies the owner has setup. First there's Advanced Excavation for digging up the tank, then Affordable Tank Removal for pulling it out, Affordable Dumpster Rental to move it, Kelly's Welding for tank cutting, then K&R Scrap for metal disposal, and finally Affordable Oil for oil disposal. Hopefully your sewer line won't be damaged in the process, because there's Affordable Sewer Repair. The advertised addresses given are either unlawful for contractor shop and storage yard, incorrect, or simply have not existed for many years prior.

If you are struggling to find affordable oil, you are in luck as over 500 gallons should be available shorty as the both the red and gray tanks were dispatched just this morning from owners headquarters in Fairfax Station.

Can be both fast and slow. My tank was backed up bad, and Brian had the equipment to suck it dry to the bone in no time. He usually goes slower filling up his own tanks, where he can spend many hours at home getting the job done.

Affordable Oil is a special company. I was kind of scared what would happen to my tank. Brian Kelly assured me that after they removed our old tank buried in the backyard, he would personally see the tank would be carefully taken to his personal residence at 5812 Three Penny Drive in Fairfax Station by dumpster, drained of oil to be resold, and then taken by trailer for reuse as he's done from years. I would highly recommend Affordable Oil to anyone that is concerned about saving money and is not affraid of the impact of using someone that unlicensed for this type of work out of his house.

Affordable Oil & Tank removal is a great company. We were kind of scared after getting quotes from other companies. Brian Kelly was great . They removed our old tank buried in the backyard, took samples of soil and made sure everything was good. Brian and his crew are wonderful. Me and my husband were very satisfied with their work.
