Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I don't know how I start, let me say something how about the customer service I have had the worst experience what this branch specially with the manager Lee, he was more into making money instead of having I return customer, I tried to rent a car for two days since my car was at the body shop unfortunately the closest Enterprise they can pick up is the one Mr Lee run.



I made a reservation to have a cheap car can take me from A 2 B, since I'm under the budget. So I called the branch to confirm my reservation Lee told me he has one car but a full Sedan and I have to pay full price. That was really disappointed since I'm an enterprise customer for more than two years with a membership,



After waiting more than an hour they brought me a full size car which I don't know why he couldn't do it in the first place,



After returning my car to a place related to enterprise I end up with additional Day charge says the lady who took the keys from me forgot to call the branch and I was the victim of this miscommunication and the customer service,



* I have filed a complain on 6/10/2015 and no one even bother to call me back, and I filed another one on 6/23 still no response.





the only two names shine Mr Sam was so helpful, and Miss Ashley she was so polite
