Dr. Kurt von Suskil is the co-founder of Sea Girt Medical Associates, P.C. and a managing partner. He graduated from Drew University with his bachelors degree. He completed his Medical Doctorate at Rutgers Medical School in Camden, NJ. He fulfilled his internship and residency at Memorial Hospital of Burlington County in Mt. Holly, NJ. Dr. von Suskil is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Frank Almeida is a managing partner at Sea Girt Medical Associates, P.C.         I have gone here for years, and have always thought the doctors were great, but the receptionists are always rude, short on the phone & not helpful.
        I am not one to write reviews, but I have to speak out after my most recent interaction with the receptionists. I tried to make an appointment for this weekend (I do not live near home anymore but prefer to go to a doctor I know so try to schedule appointments when I'm going home) for migraines, and the receptionist was rude on the phone. Then I was REFUSED an appointment because on the weekends they only see patients with 'acute illnesses' as the receptionist put it, which is what the receptionist said weekend appointments are reserved for. I understand doctors are busy, especially on weekends and that there are limited number of time slots available, but seriously?! HOW CAN A DOCTOR'S OFFICE TURN DOWN A PATIENT!!!! isn't that against everything a doctor's office is for? And wouldn't you say that chronic migraines are an 'acute illness'?
