Under the guise of the falsely polite "Miss Jane" or "Mr Joe" lies a patronizing, unreliable and uncivil laborer. Do not be fooled by the inauthentic niceties that he spits out in his native tongue, he is a chauvinistic, untrustworthy, and hysterical male. He has poor project management, poor communication and poor organizational skills. You will regret it if you hire him. Please learn from my mistake. He is doing business in America now and he must realize that a paying customer has rights. He will yell at you if he doesn't like what you're suggesting or if you imply that he needs to redo a section of his work. He can not tolerate taking direction from women and furthermore is completely disrespectful. He gets defiant if you suggest he is at fault. And, furthermore, he becomes indignant at the customer if he catches himself in his own web of lies. The quality of his work is not worth the poor character and shabby business practices of this individual.
