This is the e-mail I wrote to the lady that helped me today. "I have to tell you, I will go online right now and give you a great review, because when I searched for your company, a site (YP) came up with five reviews on it, and four out of the five were very bad. The fifth one was an ad for the back flow reader or something. I was thinking 'not good', and was worried about your service. But today you were helpful and efficient, and got me taken care of very quickly. I really appreciate your help. Thank you again."

After changing checking accounts my payment wasn't made on time. I made the payment immediately after service was cut off and 24 hours later I still have no water. 2 years ago they found a leak in THEIR service coming from under my ditch. The brought in their backhoes and equipment. 8 days to fix it - I had no water service for 3 of those days and they destroyed my retaining wall and 2 trees. I have subsequently had to have an 80+ foot pine cut down after the damage to the root system from their backhoes (12 feet from the ditch) made the tree too unstable and I was afraid it would fall.



We moved from MUD #61 to being forced to use this company and our bill IMMEDIATELY was over 125% higher than MUD #61.



TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE - DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON!

Rude people not willing to help with a simple problem, Never been treated with so much disrespect.

This company is really bad they say something one day then the next they say something way different. I do NOT!! Recommended this company at all

THIS IS THE UTILITY COMPANY FROM HELL!!!! If you have a choice pick the other company. These people are Lazy, incompetant cowards. They think because this is a small private company it is okay to have many disgruntal customers but they are going to find out real soon....NOT SO.
