Kroger

I hate this store with a vengeance. I Have lived in Madison for 18 years and I now go to Hendersonville Kroger for my weekly shopping. I live 3 mins from Madison Kroger and I avoid it like the plague and you should too. They are in need of a store upgrade bad, but I believe they have not done this due the the demographic of the neighborhood "if you know what I mean". If Kroger can't serve the community better with up grades and better service then they should CLOSE THE DOORS, but not just try to make us accept this. They are not here for the community, they are here for corporate self serving and to make whatever profit they can in this community. We as a community need to band together, Pickett them, and stop shopping there. This is the only thing that will effect change. We have to exercise our consumer rights. Kroger will not listen to our post or blogs, what they listen to is the almighty dollar sign. When their sales plummet - then they will pay attention to us. This will be my request at our next Madison Community Meeting.

Been shopping at the Madison Kroger for 20 years. The tellers and sackers are wonderful. Very friendly and know me by name.

Dirty little store that is difficult to maneuver around. Shopping carts are helper shelter around the parking lot and none in the store every time I've been there and no one ever rounds them up. Parking is hideous. Minimal handicapped spots as compared to other stores. Cashiers are surly and baggers totally clueless how to bag properly. I avoid this store unless I'm desperate for something as it is closest to my home.
