I went in to view color selections for a wig brand. I was immediately met with hostility by the owner stating "if you want to see colors buy one on line and if you don't like it, send it back!" She never personally greeted me, only yelled from the back of her store. I could not try on wigs or touch the wigs and when I found a color I loved and took my phone out, she yelled at me that pictures were not allowed. I am 60 years old and I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect by a store owner. It was abundantly clear that if I wasn't buying, she had no time for me. Two known customers came in while I was there and she promptly took care of them and never even made eye contact with me. Now this might be a great place to shop in if you have cash hanging out of your pocket and you are in apparent need but if you are browsing, do yourself a favor and leave this overpriced shop of abuse and buy online.

If I could rate O, that is what I would do. Be aware the woman at the shop says her name is "Faye" (is there no longer "Dean"?" She charged me more than $125 than the wig would have cost online or in another shop. When I tried to get this "mistake" changed, she refused. I advise you not to go to this nasty shop, but if you do, and find a wig you like, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE TO BUY IT.

I lost my hair in my mid 20's so I have worn a wig for 48 years. I found Dean's Wig Villa 15 years ago. When I bought my first wig at Dean's it changed my life totally. My husband's eyes beamed, he smiled from ear to ear and said "I have a New Wife". The people at my church said I looked 20 years younger and my students thought I had a face lift. My new wig made my feel beautiful. She styles my wigs so natural that most people do not know I am wearing a wig. If the wig does not fit she hand sews the cap. I live in another state and drive 10 hours twice a year to have all my wigs restyled. The prices are very reasonable. Some women spend for cuts, color and styling what I pay for one wig. You can buy a wig anywhere, but you will never get this kind of service except at Dean's. Her talent is a real gift to people who have lost their hair. Each customer is treated with respect and care. Her service is outstanding! You will never be the same after wearing Dean's Wigs. Mary
