Excellent service, Ms. Valencia store manager gave us a lot of help with my fiancees dress since we had to bring it here to have it adjusted to her size because in another branch of the same store they told us that they had already done it and we They sent here, Ms. Leila is a specialist in alterations and Ms. Chloe made the adjustments that same day, my fiancee was very satisfied with the service.

When I first learned that we were meeting the bride at David's Bridal in Gallatin, I was worried for 3 years ago we had a terrible experience when the Stylist we had an appointment with became MIA. However, this visit was awesome....DANA ANDERSON is truly a God send....she was wonderful with the Bride and all of the bridal party. We all loved her enthusiasm & from here on out SHE will be the ONLY one we will work with. Dana....thank you so much!!!

My daughter, her maid of honor, and I went to get a fitting for my daughter reception dress. The maid of honor and I were there to get our dresses too. Our consultant was awesome!!!!!! Joslyn helped me find a dress that really worked with my height.... The maid of honor found a dress she was also comfortable in. We end up having to get a different dress for my daughter due to that one being bought 2 years ago. She help find one close to what she had. She looks beautiful in it. I can wait to see her in both dresses on her wedding.

it doesnt even get 1 star from me, but it wont let me erase the last star! Apparently its okay for Rivergates David Bridal to let some random chick come in with my info and purchase a 1700 wedding set without my permission leaving me with the bill. glad i managed to take that set back and rip it away from her cuz i proudly burned it up. id rather wear a sirty shirt to my own wedding then ever wear Davids Bridal!!!

I am planning my first wedding and my last. I have always heard about davids bridal. So, i called a month ago and scheduled an appointment. Well today was my appointment. Of course i am all excited and giddy. I get there 30 minutes before my time which was at 1. They told me on the phone if i make an appointment i wont have to wait for a consultant. well i didn't get helped till about 215. I had been there two hours just waiting. the lady was rude, rushing, and not very helpful. Then at 330 I was told that they only allow brides to take up an hour and a half of there time so she was done with me. even though i was the only bride in the store. I was furious i took off work and so did my family for this big day and they ruined it. I will never go back and they wont get a penny of my money bc they truly don't want it.

I was told that I needed to make an appointment so that there would be someone available to help me, so I made one for a week night. When I got there the sales associate that was supposed to help me introduced herself and then disappeared for about 20 minutes. I had to wait half an hour before they put me in a fitting room and the lady didn't even help me with the dresses. My mother-in-law was zipping me up, hanging the dresses, and even walking around the store finding dresses for me! Then when she finally came around, she started rushing me because they were close to closing time. To top it all off---when I was trying on my last dress she came over and started telling me about how I HAD to buy a dress that night because I should have gotten one at least 10 months ago...and about how far behind I am in my planning. (my husband is in the air force so I have a very limited amount of time to plan this thing) Well, my Mom told her that we know we're behind on planning but we don't want to talk about that....we want to talk about this dress...and the sales girl got an attitude and was very very rude to her. I have an appointment today with the David's Bridal in Franklin. Hopefully it will be a better experience.
