Spirit Halloweene

We went with our family to find costumes... the website says they close at 11 so we went to try a costume on and the kid running it was rude to us and would let us use the dressing room... He said they close at 10 and I said your website says 11... Even if it was 10 it was 945, plenty of time to try an outfit on.. The family in front of us was also frustrating saying they couldn't believe they wouldn't let them us it either and they were actually teying on the outfit outside the dressing room... So the employee was like Im not in charge of the website... and I said well it says 11... and he was like im not a manager my manager is right there... so I said well then go get her and bring her back here... my husband said we are the customers and your suppose to make us happy... and the employee and no thats not how it works homeboy... Well. So the employee starts getting really aggressive using language in front of my children that they have never heard before and starts to take his stuff off and tells my husband to meet him in the parking lot and my husband is like yea right dude... so while my husband is taking my 5 year old sons.costume off the employee lunges at my husband and the female employee is teying to hold him back... we call the cops... the employees mothers get a there starts running her mouth and lets her son leave... we then find out this kid is only 17! Crazy someone lets their child act that way towards adults!! Well the manager was covering for him when the cops came and when we talked to the district manager he took it as a joke and said his employees didnt give him that story... well no duh they aren't gonna tell you the true story you idiot! So pre-warning... do not shop at this store these people are disrespectful, hostile, they threaten families and are aggressive!! Everyone including the district manager needs to be replaced! I would rather not give any stars!! I just hope this doesnt happen to another family, but I know it will..
