Ted Miller Insurance

Ted Miller and his wife (secretary) are unprofessional liars. They cancelled one of my homeowner’s policies without notifying me. Two months later, the mortgage company notified me that I didn’t have insurance on that home. When I contacted my agent, he blamed Farmers for HIS error. All the checks I sent in April had been cashed by Farmers. Ted Miller could not offer any logical explanation for his error or the lack of notification. He claimed it would be backdated from the time I realized it in July 2011. I had no insurance on this home from May 2011 to July 2011. Then I decided to cancel all of my policies. For some reason, this was a very challenging task for Ted. I had paid for 2011 in full and was to get a refund for the credit I had on my policies. After receiving over 800.00 in refunds, I was turned over to collection for a 38.00 balance. He and his wife have no idea why the balance was not taken out of the refund check. Do not use this duo!
