The UPS Store

I'm very disappointed. Store hours clearly state open until 6:30 pm but the store clerk decided to lock up at 6:15 pm instead. I had a drop off to meet a deadline and he ignored me and looked away. Huge inconvenience for this customer.

Bad Service, I asked if I could make copies and the store clerk neglected to tell me that there was a computer use fee. Didn't care about being charged for it but got me very agitated that she informed me of the charge after I used the computer. Very Poor Customer Service.

I went in to have them print out a UPS label from my email as I have no printer. They had no wi-do available. So they sent me blocks down the street to a Mc Donald's. I went and tried to send the email. It would not work. So I drove to my house and sent it. Then I called them and ask them to put the label on my package that I had left there.

What package? They asked. I said I left it in their store. I got a rude " it was not checked in with me so it is not my responsibility". This Lisa woman kept insisting that I must have left it at Mc Donald's and I should look there. Only after I threatened to file a police report, they suddenly found my BluRay player in the package. I was told to come and get it and find another store to send it. So I was forced to drive 30 miles to another town. Never been so angry !!!!

I was charged $15 and told my flat rate express mail package would go out the same day and be delivered by friday. I brought it in on a tues or wed. I specifically said I wabted signature confirmation and a tracking number. Bianca, the associate gave me a ref# and assured me I could track it that way. I couldn't! She lies and my package didn't go out for days and it was sent via regular mail with no signature confirmation! !!! Why the hell did I pay so much???

very rude!! When they were not able to do a service, the so called "manager" had no clue where the service could be performed. Goes to prove that any idiot can be a manager.....



too bad there is no option to rate with NEGATIVE stars... cos this place doe not even rate ONE star!

.Accepted package and charged for over night shipping with in California. The package was then transported standard shipping which with the weekend require five (5) days.

When the store clerk was confronted with the receipt for the shipping charge and the fact that delivery took five (5) day stated “Its not my problem, live with it.”

Best customer service dealing with Verizon Wireless !!! Excellent pricing on cellular phones and accessories !!!
