Appliance Repair Guys Michigan

NEVER again. Called regarding a washer in a rental unit. I was told it was $45 for a call out plus the cost of the part so I scheduled the repair between 12-3 on Thursday, 4/2. They called at 9:20 to say they would be there in 15 min. I explained to the repairman that I did not live there and would need to make sure the tenant was there to let them in. I let him know again that I lived 30 min away and would have to meet him there. He called to say the problem was fixed and the price was 144.00. I never gave him permission to fix it and he never called to let me know what the problem was or the cost involved. I was told $45 plus a part. Now they are back tracking and not returning my calls so I am doing a formal complaint with the State Licensing Board for small businesses in Lansing and the BBB and social media. They apparently have a facebook account. I would NEVER use them again. I would never have agreed to $135 labor charge. This family is out of their mind with the fee

Tried to set up an appointment for a repair was told that it would be 7 days till the next open appointment. Kind of ridiculous

I had them come out to look at my broken dishwasher and it was determined that a new control panel was needed, which would take 7-10 business days to arrive and someone would call me when it was in to schedule a follow-up appointment. After over two weeks of not hearing anything, I called to inquire about the part and I was told that a follow-up appointment was already scheduled for the following week, which I was never informed about. Four hours passed and no one showed up; they had confused my appointment with someone else's...same last name and same city. They set a new appointment to come out the next day from 8-12, and didn't show up until 12:30. He brought the incorrect part and sat for over an hour trying to configure it to make it fit in the dishwasher. Once he "installed" the incorrect part, he scheduled yet another appointment for 2 days later to replace the incorrect part with the correct one. Well, $300, over a month, and countless frustrations later, it's finally fixed.

Ran a little late and still got here before noon! Bob did a fine job, knew what he was doing , and had all the parts he needed. Fine job and no mess, very efficient. thanks Bob!
