        Dr. Francisco Velarde is inarticulate and he struck me as very incompetent. He didn't know what he was doing and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

        Francisco Velarde should be in Jail. He is a criminal who caused great pain to a holocaust survivor and her children. His Hippocratic oath means nothing to him. Will do anything for a dime. Stay far away. He won't have his license for long.
