        Awful Customer Service!

        This was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I even had the owner working on me, but apparently what the customer wants on their own feet isn't what this spa gives. I was outraged at the way I was treated. Not only was I told that my color choices were ugly and "not cute", but when I asked for a specific design, I was again told that it was "not cute", and then she did her own design, telling me "see, this is cute." When I specifically said, "no this is not what I want," she took off the nail polish all together, and she was not friendly about it in the least ... but she truly hadn't been friendly in the first place. None of the girls talked to any of their customers, I noticed, only conversing with themselves in their own language. I am completely appalled at this business and would absolutely tell anyone looking for a good experience to AVOID Casabella Spa and Nails at all costs.

        This is a wonderfully run, clean, professional, friendly spa. It is adequately staffed and equipped to handle large groups but the staff gives each individual personal attention. I never leave here not feeling pampered. The space is beautifully appointed and the technicians are friendly, efficient and knowledgable. If you're seeking quality nail care with a little pampering at an affordable price, this is the place.

        Do not spend your money to get a facial here. They used antibacterial vanilla scented hand soap to cleanse my face and baby oil to massage which leaves you very greasy. Spend the extra money and get a real facial.

        Notably good service experience

        Finally, a clean place to get a quality pedicure! The foot soaking areas were sanitized after each client and both our nail artists spoke and understood English. This was especially comforting for my elderly mother who has some special needs that need to be addressed. The spa is so peaceful and beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful experience. DA and SK

        Good quality for the price

        Asthetically relaxing and very clean. Has all the elements of good fung shui with the water fountain, setup and arrangement of furniture in the work spaces. Considering their most recent remodel and expansion, (beautifully done) their prices have stayed reasonably affordable and quality of service have remained excellent.
