The Hair Factory

I've been to the Hair Factory a few times for cuts and color - and I've been very pleased with the service and professionalism. I usually go to Lauren, who does a fantastic job and truly gives the client what she wants. Once time I wasn't exactly crazy about the amount of color my hair lifted to, and with no problem or attitude, it was fixed immediately on the spot to ensure my satisfaction.

I went there for a foil and a haircut with jamie and it was the worst color and cut i have ever had!!!!! i think she must have just graduated from beauty school i got the newbe i guess, and not to mention she had a puss on her face the whole time while doing my hair..if i had one word of advice for anyone DONT GO TO THE HAIRFACTORY
