Canine Comforts

Please do not ever bring your pet here. I dropped off my dog and picked him up not even recognizing him at all. They completly shaved him to the skin and cut him all over. We paid before we saw him and when we got home notcied that his ear was cut pretty bad so I washed it up and thought he would be ok. A few days passed and it look like it got worse so I brought him to my vet who advised me that it was infeceted and in a spot that we are lucky that he could get it to stop bleeding or else he would have bled out and died!. It was scabbed up but pussing out from underneath.



I called on the day he was cut up and the next day and did not get a call back for 5 days. Finnaly when they called back they were very rude and cursing in English and Spanish. They admitted to seeing the cut but said she didnt do it. I can understand mistakes but at least tell me when I go pick up my dog so I can get it taken care of, especially if you neglected to clean his cut as well.



I would advise you never take your pet to this groomer. Unless you would like to pay for antibiotics and shots for your dog that cost around $160.00 not to mention the $55 for the horrible haircut that does not include brushing of the teeth.
