I can not recommend this company. I bought a wheelchair pillow here and asked specifically if it would work for an 86 year old woman who weights under 100 pounds and they said yes. The pillow sunk in and my mother slipped off. Thank goodness we were there to catch her. Blue Shield Medical Supply does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. They do not stand behind their products and are not very knowledgeable of their products. I'll go to Bed Bath and Beyond. They have great return policies.
