I wish I read the previous reviews before using AMG again. 12/18/2012, I contracted with AMG to transport my mother to her doctor's appt. In the past, the driver always assisted my mother into a wheelchair from inside our home >wheel her outside > transferred her into the ambulette >drove the appt> and assisted my mother out of the wheelchair and into a chair at the doctor's office. On the return home, a different driver dropped my mother off outside our home and refused to wheel her up one step and into the house. Instead, he returned to his ambulette and drove off after my mother's aide struggled to assist my mother up one step into the house. Unfortunately, the driver demanded my check before the trip was completed. I will never use AMG and will tell everyone not to use them.

AMG' s driver ARMEL is a rude, irresponsible, obnoxious piece of humanity. He brought my dad home from Franklin Hospital last evening, and refused to take him into the house. He said that he was going to take him back to he hospital or we should get the neighbors to help, he was not going to injure his back in lifting my father, who btw, is so weighs about 90 lbs. He just left my father in the middle of the sidewalk in his hospital gown and a hospital sheet, then said that my father was embarrasing. Did he think he was delivering a sack of potatoes? He proceeded to smoke, blowing the fumes all over my dad. When my sister complained, he said she can complain to AMG, that the worst they can do is fire him. My sister had to call relatives to take my father in. At that time an AMG Supervisor Tony came and I've got to say he was a gentleman, ready to help but he was a bit 2 late. We do not want AMG service ever again,AMG remember your employees reflect the company's performance. Poor.

you have the worst drivers, they don't have any respect to the other drivers. Today I come across one of your vans No.26 at 9.20 am on Coney Island Ave between Ave K and Ave H he has no driving skills and no respect either the other vehicles are the drivers he wanted cut the lanes without any second thought . You guys better be given a better training to your drivers how to behave with other commuters otherwise they are not going to get you any better reviews than this, one victim of your dirvers bad driving
