Superior Water Conditioning

I couldn't agree more with the other customers who rated this company with 1 star. I would give it a negative rating if I could with a poop symbol! I originally called Superior, back in 2006, because a friend had recommended them. He had said their system is great which for the most it is. However because I live outside of the Tampa area I was referred to their sister store who at the time installed my system. Unfortunately when I had my first problem with the system I had found out that the sister store closed and I was referred back to the Tampa store. My problem was that my water, every few months, would come out foaming out of the faucets and taste like salt and so would my ice cubes in my freezer. I called the Tampa store and they sent out a tech. Within six months it happened again. Of course they charged me again as if it were a new problem and it happened a third time. Each time charging me for what they should of fixed the first time. Now I need to do a have the carbon replaced. It's about a $400 charge. I asked it they can also replaced my reverse osmosis cartridges which cost about $150. They said the will but I will cost an extra$100 for the trip charge. Wait a darn minute here! They are already coming here and charging me $400. My two year old dog can replace the cartridges it's a simple matter of just sliding the old cartridges out and sliding the new ones in and they are going to tack on an extra $100???? Also I so agree with the other customers about the attitude the company has towards their customers. It's like they know you are stuck using them because no other company services this system and so they are extremely rude. I highly recommend people to go and read the reviews of any company before doing any kind of business. Signing off as a highly dissatisfied customer.
