Bosco's Italian To Go

i worked there for a good while. when i worked, food was fresh, made well, usually on time (unless he left me short staffed), and customer service was amazing (thanks to yours truley). he never seemed to be able to keep a good employee. me and a few others that have been there for years are the small exception. the food isn't bad, really. when the ingredients are fresh that is.. i always knew what i should and shouldn't have for lunch. like, the alfredo. oh god, don't ever order the alfredo. for one, you could make it cheaper (and better, i'm sure) at home, and two, nobody orders the alfredo, most of the time i worked there, the alfredo sauce was gross. i would replace it with fresh stuff, but the owner on the other hand, if it didn't smell TOO BAD he would serve it. since i've gotten a new job, i heard that he didn't have a working freezer for a good month. i don't know if he fixed it yet or what. it's just unhealthy. if you still want to eat at boscos, i recommend ordering anything pizza, or the bread/cheese sticks. it's always the freshest (don't buy slices unless it's lunchtime, ifnot, you'll probably get the lunchtime leftovers). my personal favorites: cheesey bread with lotss of extra cheese with the marinara (which is delicious if it's a new can of it, really it's the best marinara i've had), baked ziti ( if you know an employee that will tell you if the pasta is fresh or not. they put the delicious marinara in it, it's superb!), a house salad, with FRESH ingredients, and then you've got to order the famous 18" barbeque chicken pizza with bacon, pineapple, and a smalll amount of onion (it has barbeque sauce instead of pizza sauce, and a sprinkling of cheddar cheese) it's delicious.
