        Buyer beware.

        Your PCP is probably a better resource. Your neighbor may be a better resource. You can get anything offered here OTC for a fraction of the cost. You'll be expected to buy many of the products recommended (allegedly included) in the 'package' yourself anyway. Save the expense and go to the local health food store.
