Mynt Fusion Bistro

I remembered seeing an ad about Mynt Fusion in the Grand Rapids Press. My girlfriend and I were driving through Lowell and saw the Mynt Fusion sign and thought, Lets go try it. The outside looked like a regular clean brick building. As we stepped into the bistro, we did not know what to expect other than, Hey, another asian restaurant. We were wrong. It was wonderful. The food from soup and appetizer to dinner and dessert was superb. The servers were attentive and polite. Their menu took us to Japan and all over the Far East. My girlfriend tried their amazing Italian Fusion Papardelle noodles fantastic! The table next to us was raving about their amazing shank. As we walked out of the restaurant we totally had forgotten that we were in Lowell. It felt like we had just taken a trip to New York for dinner.D. Boerson
