These people act like they are doing you a favor. Poor attatude, poor service, no personality,poor everything. do not go to, find a better repair shop.

Took my lawn mower here to get fixed when it wouldn't start. The staff was helpful and told me that it would be about a 2 1/2 - 3 week turn around...They have sooo many lawnmowers they must be doing something right.2 1/2 weeks later and my lawnmower was ready. I had no problem picking it up or dropping it off. Service was fast, reliable, and the cost was reasonable. I definitely recommend them to anyone that has a lawnmower / snow blower issue.

I took a tiller in for service with a loose switch. The problem was listed first on the items needing attention. It was checked off as OK, but returned unrepaired. When calling I was told to fix it on my own-go to a hardware store and buy a nut. I went to the local store but could not find one that fit. I thought the 4 Seasons could have offered to at least look for the part in their stock. No apolgies. Better check everything before leaving that store in the future. I won't return.

double the charge of any other company for pickup and delivery of a lawnmower..which made me say no immediately. I gave them an opportunity to haggle that down to make it more fair, and they did not want to discuss it at all.No idea about the quality of their work.
