Tri-County Propane Inc.

We have notified Tri-County Propane a tank they placed on a residential property adjacent to us is not in compliance with local zoning regulations for off-set clearance. The local zoning board has confirmed this tank is not in compliance. It is their tank and they should be more assertive with the home owner to fix the issue. Additionally, the tank sits 4 feet on our property. They do not seem concerned they are trespassing with their equipment. Even if the home owner not in compliance is uncooperative..Tri-County should take the lead and be more assertive in meeting zoning regulations and resolving the fact their equipment is partially on someone else's property.

I would highly recommend Tri-County Propane Inc with any and all Propane needs!!
